Yes it is. If you want to you can do it yourself! If you take a look at the Windows Gadget that showes CPU and Ram ussage you can more or less adopt it to a mosaic html tile! Let me know if you need help!

if you want to use a html tile, you can check the Today widget. it's a good example.

<div id="debug">LoadPercentage:</div>
        wmi ref:http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa394373(VS.85).aspx
        <script language=javascript>
        var locator = new ActiveXObject ("WbemScripting.SWbemLocator");
        function getCpuLoadPercentage()
            var service = locator.ConnectServer(".");
            var properties = service.ExecQuery("SELECT * FROM Win32_Processor");
            var e = new Enumerator (properties);
            for (;!e.atEnd();e.moveNext ())
                var p = e.item ();
                document.getElementById("debug").innerHTML += p.LoadPercentage + " ";

i try it, but html widget can't use the activeX?

Yep, thats sadly true... It seems ActiveX is the thing we'd need to make things easier (any stuff that has to do with XML files like a newsreader, the store, the weather tile, a stock tile and so on)
